Grain & Hearth is a bakery and café in Whitstable, known for its sourdough breads, craft-led approach, and thoughtful baking practices. Also acting as a community hub, it brings people together through workshops and pop-ups. Joining Circular Kitchens was a natural step in building on these values, strengthening its approach to circularity. With a focus on reducing waste, moving toward plastic-free operations, and sourcing local, ecological ingredients, Grain & Hearth is helping shape Whitstable as a destination not only for quality, but for more responsible hospitality.
