They will have substituted conventional food and beverages for organic / ecological options whenever feasible.
LOCAL
They will source responsibly and apply our “nearest supplier” rule of thumb in their procurement decisions.
ZERO WASTE
They will have reduced waste in all its forms, from food and packaging to water and energy.
