Our flagship location in Whitstable is the heart of Grain & Hearth, where all our baking magic happens and fresh goods make their way to the counter throughout the day.

 

Beyond our signature brunch, pastries, breads, and sourdough sandwiches, we offer a curated selection of artisan products and ceramic homeware for you to browse. Whitstable is also home to our workshops and pop-ups, where you can join classes in sourdough baking, pizza making, hand lamination, and rye—all taught by our head baker and founder, Adam.

 

We’re proud to share that we’ve joined the Circular Kitchens Community, underscoring our commitment to sustainability. This certification supports our aim to go plastic-free, zero-waste, and source local, ecological ingredients, making our Whitstable location not only a destination for quality and craftsmanship but also for eco-conscious baking practices.
